"I had been to many medical doctors over the years for treatment of migraines. Even with dozens of tests and many different medications, I was still suffering with no positive results. As a last resort, my primary care actually told me to try seeing a chiropractor. I was initially stunned (and skeptical), but anxious for relief. A friend referred me to Dr Jeff Kaplan of Lakewood Spine and Sport. After my very first visit, to my astonishment my headaches went away! I suffered unnecessarily for many years. I can’t tell you have wonderful it is to find such a simple solution to a very debilitating condition. "

Chiropractic BioPhysics® or CBP® was named by Drs. Donald Harrison, Deanne Harrison, and Daniel Murphy in December of 1980, for "physics applied to biology in chiropractic". Since then, there have been several books and scientific studies authored by Drs. Donald and Deed Harrison, investigating the aspects of CBP®.
Chiropractic BioPhysics, or CBP, is a more knowledgeable, comprehensive approach to chiropractic care. It is a technique that combines the principles of mathematics, physics, biomechanics and Chiropractic, which in the end provides predictable results for patients.
CBP combines standard chiropractic joint adjustments with mirror image (opposite position) postural adjustments, mirror image spinal/postural exercise, and mirror-image traction. By stretching and strengthening the muscles that facilitate a healthy posture, a normal three-dimensional posture is restored.
Chiropractic BioPhysics is the belief that by improving a patient’s posture, it will provide relief from neck and back pain, headaches, fatigue and other related chronic health problems. Patients who have been treated by Chiropractic BioPhysics have reported long lasting pain relief. Patients also tend to be less irritable and have an increase in energy.
